The City of Little Falls has a $7 million, state-of-the-art, slow sand filtration plant. The city's natural fresh water springs fill two reservoirs with an abundance of nature's finest tasting water. The city is fortunate to have an abundant water supply with the capacity to serve increasing numbers of residential and industrial users.

CITY OF LITTLE FALLS RESIDENTS

YARD WASTE REMOVAL

 

In addition to Monday – Friday disposal of yard waste at the City DPW Garage site, you can now bring your waste to the garage on Saturday mornings during the month of April only from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

 

HOURS GARAGE OPEN FOR DISPOSAL

MONDAY – FRIDAY 6:30 AM – 2:30 AM

SATURDAY (APRIL ONLY) 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

 

Please be advised that the DPW will also continue our monthly pickup of yard waste the 2nd TUESDAY of each month beginning in April.  Your yard waste must be placed between the sidewalk and road in front of the house. 

Branches/twigs must be bundled and no more than 5’ in length. 

Do not include plastic pots and containers---organic waste only.

NO MORE THAN 3’x3’x3’ of material will be picked up at each residence.  If you have any questions, please call BPW office at 823-0890 or the City Clerk’s office at 823-2400.
